We absolutely loved the convenient location of this hotel. It is situated right next to The Mall Bangkapi shopping mall and is also in close proximity to two other malls. The transportation options were excellent, with taxis readily available and easy to catch. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Beautiful City View and Convenient Location

During my stay at Mall Suites Express, I was blown away by the breathtaking city view from my room. It was truly mesmerizing to witness the bustling cityscape right from my window. The location of the hotel was also incredibly convenient. There was a large mall right next to the hotel, where I could find everything I needed, and a supermarket just across the road. The accessibility to transportation options like Grab and the pier behind the mall made it easy for me to explore various tourist attractions. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Mall Suites Express.

Additionally, the transportation options were plentiful, with easy access to grab services, tuk-tuks, and boats from the pier behind the mall. There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the lack of a water boiler in the room and tea/coffee facilities was inconvenient, especially when I needed to boil water for my child's milk.

During my New Year's stay, I had a great time at the hotel. The best aspect was the proximity to a wonderful mall, which was just a stone's throw away. Additionally, the hotel provided taxi services that were easy to catch, making it convenient to explore the city. Moreover, the clean and minimalistic interiors of the room made my stay comfortable.

The worst aspect was that the hotel facilities were old, and the traffic noises were quite loud throughout the night. Furthermore, the building felt a bit creepy at times, which could be unsettling for female solo travelers. Despite this, the overall experience was good, as the room provided sufficient facilities that met my needs.

We appreciated the convenient location of our hotel, which was VERY close to the mall, and the fact that there were vendors just outside serving food. Our room was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The view over the city was also mesmerizing.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel at first, as there was no street level sign indicating the hotel name, and the entry from the street level felt neglected.
